The  consumption of Vitamin C rich foods helps boost the body's immune system and consequently helps the body to fight against some infections including flu. Taking vitamin C rich foods like oranges, lemon, star fruit, tomatoes, pineapple, amongst others will also help boost the freshness of your skin.


4. KEEP OFF FIZZY DRINKS

It's particularly difficult to restrain yourself from consuming fizzy drinks especially when virtually everyone around you can't seem to get their hands off one. You'll however need to overcome to challenge. These drinks indirectly dehydrate you as they cause you to consume less water than the required daily dose. Dehydration may usually be expressed manifested by a dry skin.
