TOP 5 STORIES THAT HIT UCC CAMPUS THIS YEAR.

This year is almost over and some stories have really set UCC campus ablaze in 2019. Here's my pick for the top 5 stories that made trends in 2019. Enjoy!

1. The Stadium Clash.
The clash between Casford and ATL finds it way to top this chart as this stadium clash between this two halls was an eye sore. It is indeed undisputed that this story happens to be number one.

2. The death of Miss UCC - 2018
The fate of every individual is unknown. The death of Miss Chika was a great shock and took the whole campus by suprise. Information reaching deckertheblogger.com was that Miss Chica Austin died earlier in the day on Thursday, October 24,2019.

3. UCC SRC sued by HM shuttle services.
News reaching deckertheblogger.com said the UCC SRC breached the contract for services in the 2019/2020 academic year. The plaintiff says that prior to this 2019/2020,the defendants engaged the services of Metro Mass Transport without terminating the agreement it had with the defendants. This was one of the controversial story on campus this year,the SRC president was really on hot spot at that moment.

4. UCC student wins 2019 Miss Geek Ghana competition.

An 18-year-old level 100 student of the University of Cape Coast,was crowned the 2019 Miss Geek Ghana in a keenly contested competition in Accra. Selasi Domi-Kuwomu beat nine other contestants with her presentation dubbed;"Kasa-Cash-System,"an innovation which seeks to address electronic pilfering in Mobile Money transactions. She is therefore expected to represent Ghana at the Miss Geek Africa Competition.

5. Blackstars visit to UCC campus.
In great joy and fun the blackstars were welcomed to Cape Coast by various halls of the university. The ever blazing chanting from halls like the Great Casely Hayford Hall made this moment an idyllic one with most of the video's trending on social media.

HOW DID ATL HALL'S FLAG GET TO CASFORD?

Casford banging 101 The famous rivalry on UCC campus has been between The Casley Hayford Hall and The Atlantic Hall. Bragging rights between this two halls have been full of irritation and agitation. For the time being the bragging rights appear to belong to the Casfordians as they chased the ATL hallers from the Cape Coast stadium after the blackstars qualification match against South Africa last night.  The Casfordians managed to silence their rivals by not only chasing them but ceasing their bell and hall flag as a sign of victory over them.
