Casford banging 101 The famous rivalry on UCC campus has been between The Casley Hayford Hall and The Atlantic Hall. Bragging rights between this two halls have been full of irritation and agitation. For the time being the bragging rights appear to belong to the Casfordians as they chased the ATL hallers from the Cape Coast stadium after the blackstars qualification match against South Africa last night. The Casfordians managed to silence their rivals by not only chasing them but ceasing their bell and hall flag as a sign of victory over them. Hopefully this doesn't degenerate into untoward horror. The group referred to the ruling as an "historic step". However, the ruling will by law have to undergo a review by a court of higher jurisdiction. According to Mexico United Against Crime, an organisation committed to the surceasing of Mexico's 'war on drugs', the court's ruling grants the two persons the right to "possess, transport and use cocaine". However, it doesn't allow them to sell the substance. The organisation further added that the Mexico City court ordered COFEPRIS, the national health regulator to authorize the petitioners' cocaine use in personal, recreational doses.
