Traditionally shisha tobacco contains cigarette tobacco,so like cigarette it contains nicotine,tar, carbon monoxide and heavy metals,such as arsenic and lead. As a result,shisha smokers,such as heart diseases, cancer, respiratory diseases and problems during pregnancy.

Its popularity among younger people is due in part to the often social nature of hookah(shisha) smoking and variety of flavored tobacco-like mint,apple, chocolate and coconut. There's also a misconception that smoking tobacco through a water pipe is somehow safer than smoking cigarettes. But accumulating evidence undercuts the notion.

It's difficult to say exactly how much smoke or toxic substances you're exposed to in a typical shisha session. The average shisha-smoking session lasts an hour and research has shown that in this time you can inhale the same amount of smoke as from more than 100 cigarettes.

From the look of facts,it is of no good to smoke shisha for any reason. It would do more harm than good to your health and wellness. Be good,be safe. Stay away from shisha.
