Historic: Mexican Court Gives Greenlight For The Use Of Cocaine Recreationally

The group referred to the ruling as an "historic step". However, the ruling will by law have to undergo a review by a court of higher jurisdiction. According to Mexico United Against Crime, an organisation committed to the surceasing of Mexico's 'war on drugs', the court's ruling grants the two persons the right to "possess, transport and use cocaine".
