KWAW KESE PERFORMS AT THE REIGN CONCERT AMIDST BOOS AND 'FLYING' BOTTLES

Kwaw Kese was one of the several big names that pulled a surprise appearance at this year's Reign Concert held at the Fantasy Dome.

This surprise was however met with some form of hostility from a section of the Shatta Movement (SM) dominated audience as the King of the Street was booed by some SM fans, with some others hurling bottles of water at him while performing his hit track, 'Dondo'.

Regardless of what was happening, Kwaw Kese went on to complete his energetic  performance as he appeared unfazed by the incident.

In the latter months of last year, the rapper engaged the SM king in a lyrical banter which spanned for a couple of months. Many believe the incident at the 2019 Reign Concert may have been against this backdrop.

Be it as it may, the presence of Kwaw Kese at the concert is a strong indication of peace between these two big wigs in the Ghanaian music industry.
