Dancehall King on Lion King album:Beyoncé features Shatta Wale on Lion King Album.

The ace African dancehall artist is not new to internationally conspicuous collaborations. However, this appears to be incontestably top of the chart of his career's  global collaborations as he is to be featured on The Lion King album curated by American RnB goddess, Beyoncé.

The soundtrack titled after the movie 'The Lion King: The Gift', was curated by multiple grammy awards winner Beyoncé, will have novel songs performed by numerous artists amongst which include Africa's music colossuses.  These include Starboy Wizkid, Tiwa Savage, Yemi Alade, Mr Eazzi and Burna Boy.

The soundtrack's headline single is "Spirit". This was actually released in tandem with the red carpet premiere of the 2019 remake of the classic movie, The Lion King.

Meanwhile, Shatta Wale earlier today took to twitter to announce the famous collaboration in a tweet that read; "dem never see wonders."

As predominantly characteristic of the previous editions of the movie's soundtrack, this year's has been accounted as being hugely inspired by the rhythms of Africa.

In a statement, Beyoncé intimated that the teaming up with the salad of African acts  was essential because the film is set in Africa and "authenticity and heart were important to [her]."
